How do I create a Headcount?

In order to create a headcount formula in a chart, follow the instructions below:

• Select Data | Define Fields
• Click the Add button
• Define the name of the field
• Select Formula for the Field Type
• Set the criteria for the headcount:
• Function = Count
• Range = Branch and Manger or Branch excluding manager or choose one of the other choices presented
• Click OK and then OK again
• Select Yes or No when asked to apply the headcount field to all the boxes of the chart
