1. What is OrgPlus Express?
OrgPlus Express is limited, free version of OrgPlus 7 that works as a Microsoft Office add-in. Users can create and manage charts from within a Microsoft Office application, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio®.
2. How much does it cost?
There is no cost to download and use OrgPlus Express.
3. How many boxes can I chart with it?
Users can chart up to 30 boxes per chart with OrgPlus Express.
4. How can I use the sample charts found on the OrgPlus Express website?
Download and save one of the sample charts from the website to your local drive. Open PowerPoint and double click on the chart in the PowerPoint slide to launch OrgPlus Express.
5. When I try to add another box to my chart, why do I receive an UPGRADE NOW message?
When a user tries to create a chart with more than 30 boxes, OrgPlus Express will notify the user with an Upgrade Now message because the maximum box limit has been reached. OrgPlus Standard or OrgPlus Professional will allow the creation of larger charts exceeding 30 boxes.

How do I upgrade from OrgPlus 6 Express to OrgPlus 7 Express?
Installing OrgPlus 7 Express requires that OrgPlus 6 Express is uninstalled first. To uninstall OrgPlus 6 Express, from Windows, click Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs. When the list of programs is displayed, navigate to HumanConcepts OrgPlus 6 and select Remove. Click Yes when asked if you are sure you want to remove OrgPlus. Once OrgPlus Express 6 has been removed from the system install OrgPlus Express 7.
8. How do I share my chart with my co-workers?
Users can email the Microsoft Office file (.doc, .xls, .ppt or .vsd) to anyone that has Microsoft Office. The MS Office file will contain the inserted chart.
9. How do I make a chart in PowerPoint?
Follow these steps to create a chart within PowerPoint:

B. Click on the Tool Bar icon: |

• C. OrgPlus inserts a chart into the PowerPoint slide and open the OrgPlus application.
• D. Closing OrgPlus Express will insert the chart and return the user to the PowerPoint application.

10. How do I remove the OrgPlus Express toolbar from my Microsoft Office applications?
Uninstall OrgPlus Express to remove the toolbar.
11. How do I upgrade from OrgPlus Express to OrgPlus Standard or OrgPlus Professional?
Users can upgrade online by:
• Visiting the home page of the OrgPlus Express website, www.orgplusexpress.com, and clicking on the "Upgrade Now" button
• Calling 1-888-821-1261 to speak to an OrgPlus specialist
• Registering from within the product
12. If I upgrade will I lose the ability to create charts using MS Office?
No, OrgPlus Standard and OrgPlus Professional can do everything OrgPlus Express can, and more!
13. Do I have to re-install another program if I want to upgrade to OrgPlus Standard or OrgPlus Professional?
No, if you have OrgPlus Express installed, you also already have OrgPlus Standard (and OrgPlus Professional) installed. All you need to do is unlock the additional features. This can be done by going to Start | All Programs | HumanConcepts | OrgPlus 7. Then choose the Upgrade button.
14. How can I save my Microsoft Office file to open in OrgPlus Standard or OrgPlus Professional?
Click "File", "Save As" and choose the .opx file extension. The file may be opened by anyone using OrgPlus Standard or OrgPlus Professional.
